Imperial College of Business Studies – Kandy Campus recently hosted an orientation programme combined with an exciting activity day for students enrolling in the IBF, HND, and BSc Degree programmes. Held on 22nd March at the Queens Hotel in Kandy, the event aimed to warmly welcome new students and help them integrate into the ICBS community.
The orientation provided students with a comprehensive introduction to the college’s academic environment, expectations, and the many opportunities available throughout their studies. Faculty members shared valuable insights into their respective programmes, offering guidance on academic success while highlighting the importance of building strong professional and personal connections.
To encourage student interaction the event also featured engaging ice-breaking activities. These were carefully designed to promote collaboration, communication, and friendship. With this successful kickoff, students are now prepared to embark on their academic journey at Imperial College equipped with new friendships, valuable knowledge, and a clear direction for the future.
