Imperial College of Business Studies Kandy was proud to partner with Kingswood College, Kandy for their annual Commerce Day, “CONFIANZA ’26”. The event was a remarkable showcase of talent, leadership, and innovation, bringing together students from across the region to celebrate the spirit of commerce.
The event featured an array of insightful segments designed to bridge the gap between school-level education and the professional business world:
A key highlight was the Awarding Ceremony, where high-achieving students were recognized for their academic and extracurricular accomplishments in the commerce stream.
The day was filled with energy, featuring drama performances and the official introduction of the Kingswood Commerce Section video, highlighting the “Excellence, Leadership, and Innovation” that the school stands for.
Imperial College Kandy set up a dedicated space to guide students on their journey after A/Ls. We shared valuable insights into fast-tracking professional careers through the CIMA and ACCA pathways.
Imperial College’s presence at Kingswood College aimed to inspire young “Kingswoodians” to think big. By engaging with students during the event, we were able to discuss how global qualifications like CIMA can be integrated into their higher education plans, providing them with a competitive edge in the global market.
The collaboration with the Kingswood Commerce Society was a resounding success. We are honored to have played a role in an event that fosters the next generation of business leaders and entrepreneurs.
