Student Letters, Transcripts & Replacement Certificates
Student Status Letters
A letter confirming your status as a student can be requested through the following link, here Submit your request by clicking on the link and selecting “letter” on the dropdown menu and fill in the required information on the form. The letter will be emailed to you within 14 days from the receipt of your request.
Completion Letters
A letter confirming the completion of your qualification can be requested through the following link, here Submit your request by clicking on the link and selecting “letter” on the dropdown menu and fill in the required information on the form. The letter will be emailed to you within 14 days from the receipt of your request.
Academic Transcripts
Students are entitled to their final transcripts after completion of their programme and upon subsequently being conferred at a graduation held by UWS. Defer the following link for UWS graduation dates.
You can request temporary transcripts for urgent purposes after the successful completion of your programme by requesting your transcript through the following link, here Submit your request by clicking on the link and selecting “other” on the dropdown menu and fill in the required information on the form, including your request for the transcript. The transcript will be emailed to you within 14 days from the receipt of your request.
Replacement Degree Certificates
If you have lost your original degree certificate, you may apply to purchase a replacement you may do so through the following link, here . Submit your request by clicking on the link and selecting “other” on the dropdown menu and fill in the required information on the form, including your request for the replacement certificate. You will receive an email within 14 days from the receipt of your request, which will provide information on costs of the replacement certificates and timelines.
