Replacement of Your Student ID Card
Expired Cards
If your card has expired or you have changed programme, we will produce a replacement card for you and exchange it for your existing card free of charge. Submit your request by clicking on the following link here and selecting “other” requests and type out your request. We recommend that you attach a photo to ensure that your request is processed quickly.
Lost Cards
If you have lost your card you can obtain a replacement card at a cost of Rs. 2,000. Simply submit your request by clicking on the following link here and selecting “other” requests and type out your request. We once again recommend that you attach a photo to ensure that your request is processed quickly. Pay via the www.myfees.lk and attach the proof of payment to your request.
